(Recipe) Spring awakening Green Tonic
Ingredients (1 glass)
1 handful fresh spinach
Juice of ½ lemon
½ green apple
1 cm fresh ginger
200 ml coconut water
Optional: ½ tsp matcha or chlorella
How to prepare
Blend everything until smooth. Pour into your favourite glass. Take a moment before you drink it.
Breathe in. Slow down. Let it be part of your ritual.
