Made with wholesome ingredients and a fraction of the sugar, this refreshing and creamy beverage is perfect for spring or summer. With organic tea and natural sweetness, it’s sure to become your new favorite drink! Treat yourself this week!

Ingredients

  • 10-12 oz brewed tea (Mango Pineapple tea recommended)
  • 3 tbsp of your favorite dairy/dairy-free creamer
  • 1 1/2 – 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or monk fruit)
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks (optional)
  • Fresh diced strawberries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness and fruit to taste.
  2. Pour Over Ice: Pour the blended tea over ice. Add diced fresh strawberries if desired. Serve and enjoy in a pretty glass!
