Het resultaat is een voedend elixer van vloeibare liefde, een verzachtend serum om de gratie van uw lichaam en gezicht te bekoren. Wat is er dan zo bijzonder aan Sandalwood Best Skin Ever? Het bevat biologische en essentiële oliën die niet alleen krachtig werkzaam zijn; ze zijn zacht genoeg voor de meest gevoelige huid (en de meest gevoelige zielen!).
Het hoofdingrediënt in dit brouwsel is onze heilige Sandelhout Noten Olie. Zoals veel van onze prachtige plantaardige producten bevat sandelhoutnootolie heilzame vetzuren en ximenynzuur. Dit is een belangrijk ingrediënt om uw beste huid ooit te bereiken! Dit mengsel bevat een groot aantal botanische schoonheden die samenwerken om uw huid te verjongen, te regenereren en haar grootste potentieel te onthullen.
Onze Sandalwood Best Skin Ever kan worden gebruikt om de droge huid te hydrateren, roodheid te verminderen en het uiterlijk van littekens en vlekkerige, ongelijkmatige huidtinten te verbeteren.
Natuurlijke/Biologische Ingrediënten
Jojoba (Simmonsdia chinensis) – Heilige Jojoba! Onze zuivere, biologische jojoba-olie bevat alle oplosbare vormen van vitamine E, het meest effectieve verzachtende middel van moeder natuur. Jojoba dringt diep door in de huid, zorgt voor eindeloos veel vocht en beschermt het weefsel tegen allerlei onevenwichtigheden en veel voorkomende huidziekten. Jojoba wordt traditioneel gebruikt tegen acne, droge huid, zonnebrand, psoriasis en een droge hoofdhuid.
Sandelhoutnoot (Santalum spicatum) – Ook bekend als sandelhoutzaadolie, bevat dit belangrijke ingrediënt zeldzame, heilzame vetzuren om schadelijke ontstekingen en vrije radicalen te helpen bestrijden. Sandelhoutnootolie zit vol met oliezuur en ximenynzuur, waarvan de laatste ongelooflijk zeldzaam en krachtig ontstekingsremmend is. De zuivere, organische olie in sandelhoutnoten wordt al duizenden jaren gebruikt om cellulitis, spataderen, een droge huid, een te vette huid, wonden, snijwonden, kneuzingen en letsels te behandelen, en om de huid te beschermen tegen ruwe milieu-elementen en verontreinigende stoffen.
Sandelhout (Santalum album) – Onze ethisch geoogste essentiële olie van sandelhout wordt met stoom gedestilleerd uit het kernhout. Waar sandelhoutnotenolie ontstekingsremmend werkt, biedt pure sandelhoutolie geweldige antimicrobiële, antibacteriële en antivirale voordelen. Het is ook een heerlijk vochtinbrengend middel dat vaak wordt gebruikt om schrale huid, eczeem en huidinfecties te verzachten.
Wierook (Boswellia carterii) – Fortuinlijke wierook wordt met waterstof gedestilleerd uit de verse, zuivere hars van wierookbomen uit Somaliland. Deze eeuwenoude olie wordt al eeuwenlang gebruikt om pijnlijke gewrichten te verzachten, rimpels glad te strijken, littekens te vervagen, ontstekingen te verlichten en een droge huid te hydrateren. Wierook zit boordevol heilzame koolwaterstoffen, vetzuren en monoterpenen, die samen een voedende tonic voor de huid vormen.
Kaapse kamille (Eriocehalus punctulatus) – Kaapse kamille bestaat uit stralende, wilde azuurblauwe druppels, die de geest kalmeren en ontstoken bijnieren verzachten. Cape Chamomile, met zijn voedende azuleenverbindingen, geneest alle soorten onevenwichtigheden van de huid en verspreidt een opbeurende geur van fijne vruchten.
Palmarosa (Cymbopogon marlini) – Palmarosa olie is gelukkig hydraterend, verjongend en stabiliserend. Het zou de huidcellen regenereren en een optimaal evenwicht creëren voor zowel de droge als de vette huid. De frisse citroen-rozengeur wordt aangeprezen als een effectief middel tegen angst.
Zoete tijm (Thymus linalool) – Zoete tijm is heerlijk zacht voor de huid en toch effectief krachtig. Het is zelfs zo krachtig dat het met succes is gebruikt bij de behandeling van chronische huidaandoeningen.
Duizendblad (Achillea millefolium) – Kruidig en aromatisch, duizendbladolie werd door de oude Grieken gebruikt om de huid en het lichaam te beschermen tegen indringers van buitenaf. Het is een heerlijk ontstekingsremmend middel dat vaak wordt gebruikt bij de behandeling van snijwonden, wonden, infecties, schaafwonden, kneuzingen en beten.
Kamille (Anthemis nobilis) – Kalmerende, rustgevende Roomse kamille is een prachtige keuze om fijne lijntjes en rimpels te verzachten en angstige geesten te kalmeren.
Citroen (Citrus limon) – Opwekkende citroen is reinigend en opwekkend. Het wordt gebruikt om de huid te verhelderen, de circulatie en doorbloeding te verbeteren en het vermogen van de huid om zichzelf aan te vullen te ondersteunen. Van de citrusachtige geur van citroenolie wordt gezegd dat het de geest verheft, de motivatie verhoogt en het gemakkelijker maakt om zich te concentreren op veeleisende mentale taken.
Bloedsinaasappel (Citus aurantium) – Deze sappige lekkernij is fris geurend en zoet, en zou de stevigheid en elasticiteit van de huid vergroten. Blood orange kan ook werken om weefsels te herstellen en de circulatie te stimuleren.

We get almost daily questions about the Best Skin Evers and "bits" floating in it. I have discussed this before but am more than happy to do it again. The bits you see are pieces of coconut oil. The Best Skin Evers contain coconut oil and this oil (like many others, for that matter) becomes firmer/harder as the temperature drops. For example; I have a jar of coconut oil in the kitchen drawer at home that is spreadable but definitely not liquid! We get these bottles delivered this way and it makes sense because on the way on the plane, in the cargo hold, it's cold, in our warehouse it's very cool and dark, so the coconut oil never gets to a point where it can melt. Fortunately, there is a very simple, effective solution to this; put the bottle in (hand) warm water and the coconut oil (but Tamanu can also cause this problem) will melt. Shake well and it's ready to use! Pay attention to the pump as well, because you may have tried to use the product and there is also solidified coconut oil in the pump. You can reopen this by putting it in warm water for a while, drying it well and it is ready to use again. Als je huid extra dorstig aanvoelt, zal een Libations Crème (Sundew, Rose Glow, All Seeing, of Maverick) voldoen. I already wrote a review on the seabuckthorn oil which wasn’t for me because it contained coconut oil and broke me out. I still love to use it for hair and body which is fine. I thought a lot before buying this since its more expensive than the seabuckthorn and I was afraid of spending money and the product not working out. After almost using up the 30 ml bottle I have to say that I love it! It’s perfect for sensitive and acne prone skin and it is the only blend of oils that really helps me with scarring and I tried a view oils for that. It evens out skin tone, takes away redness and hydrates without feeling to greasy or heavy on the skin. It’s definitely lighter feeling that the seabuckthorn and smells really nice. A mixture of citrus and wood (kinda). I mainly use it as a moisturizer since I didn’t buy the washing cloth last purchase and didn’t want to use up the 30 ml to fast. I also still love my caudalie oil cleanser. I am definitely going to purchase a bigger size and I am happy that I finally found something that great after spending a lot on natural and organic cosmetics that weren’t working for me since my skin is really sensitive and prone to break out from literally everything. I am definitely going to try to use it as a cleanser in combination with a face roller when I place a new order in the future.

I ordered the 30 ml bottle, to be honest I was a little bit sceptical since the Sandalwood best skin ever is expensive. But it is definitely worth it, especially for acne prone skin. Im going to purchase it again.
I use it as a moisturizer after doing the oil cleansing methode (mixture of jojoba and castor oil).

I bought this BSE because it doesn’t contain coconut oil. It’s quite expansive compared to the others, but in my opinion absolutely worth it. It’s light but nourishing. The scent is earthy. Using a warm wet washcloth works very well with this and it doesn’t leave a thick grasy layer. It has drastically (with other LL products) changed my skin: it’s a lot smoother, almost no brakouts and less acne scars!

For my first best skin ever I chose the sandalwood due to being scared of coconut oil on my face. I did get acne in the past from using coconut oil. (I now understand that the oil I was using wasn’t the best quality). I adore the scent and it is just so light on your skin. I gently rubb it off with a soft cloth and my skin is baby butt smooth. I love it on my body also, such a special treat for your skin. I am excited to try all of the best skins 🙂

I have tried other products for the oil cleansing method, but so far this is the only oil that has worked on my acne prone skin. It works beautifully with the cloth from Living Libations.

I’ve used the sandalwood best skin ever as a cleanser with the hemp cloth and it’s perfect : leaves the skin clean, soft and smooth. Afterwards i use it as a night moisturizer and it reduces redness and smoothes fine lines. Skin is still nourished when you wake up.Great product

I’m absolutely and utterly in love with this product. I was sooo skeptical about using oil on my VERY oily but at the same time sensitive and breakout prone skin, but I’s a true miracle worker. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and since I started I haven’t had a. single. breakout. And my skin generally feels so soft and balanced an not flaky (I’ve been a “rubbing till squeaky clean” maniac my whole life). I’m in an awe, also because now cleaning my face became a spa ritual, the scent is heavenly!

I have tried many best skin evers from Living Libations till now (i loved them all??) and the Sandalwood was the last i tried after receiving a sample some weeks ago. Leaves skin healthy and super clean, destroys pimples and hydrates my skin so well that i don’t need a moisturizer afterwards. I also used it as a hair oil and my hair looked shiny without frizz. An amazing BSE but still my ultimate favorite for my acne prone skin is the Seabuckthorn BSE❤❤❤??

I have been using this together with the frankincense and rose fluid and I have to say I am delighted with the results. I have struggled with eczema in my face for months, only being able to wash my face with water and use eczema cream (no cortisone…used it before but it was an addictive cycle). So, after a week using this, from the very start I had absolutely no adverse reaction whatsoever, on the contrary, my skin is absolutely lovely and my pigmentation marks are fading considerably too. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of the scent. It is such a personal thing, I know, but I really was expecting a more woody base instead of a lemon one, which I don’t hate but also don’t love. I will still use it though, because I am really having amazing results with it.

I’ve tried the bse sandalwood, seabuckthorne and rose by now- and the sandalwood is by far my favourite! Didn’t irritate my skin at all…would recommend to anyone, especially those that didn’t fall in love with the seabuckthorne one
