How to use
Go to a bath or soaking tub with Zechsal salt crystals for the best results. Use 10 grams (on approximately 4 liters of water) for a bath and 50 grams (or so) of MSM crystal powder for a pool. Oral usage is also possible; just add 2 to 4 grams of MSM cereal.
Tip: Build up the usage slowly to the desired level!
