This is my favorite Shaman Shack product! Wow. The scent of this powder is absolutely amazing. I’m realizing now that I haven’t tried any of these products “naked”–I’ve only put them in my morning tea. So I’m inspired to try this one in particular on its own with some warm almond milk or water. Really amazing, though. I can feel my body loves this product. I put a small scoop of it in my tea every morning before I go to work, and it really helps my body balance itself. I feel there is an integration of the emotional body and hormones that happens. It is an awesome and supportive supplement to have in an office environment, where it can be a challenge to stay balanced and nourished emotionally. Highly recommend for women. 🙂
