Where needed, we use the active form of B vitamins (B6, B12, & folic acid) in Bonusan Stress B Complex Plus. This means our bodies don’t have to convert them themselves. This increases bioavailability and allows for better absorption.

The vitamin C in the Stress B Complex Plus is buffered magnesium ascorbate, and we add magnesium as easily absorbable magnesium citrate. Furthermore, we use standardized hops and valerian extract, guaranteeing the same and the right quality at all times.

We regularly have to deal with stress and tension. Bonusan Stress B Complex Plus contains folate that supports this. Vitamin B5, pantothenic acid, also contributes to normal resistance to stress. How to Use 

Unless otherwise recommended take one tablet daily during or right after a meal. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Warning 

Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age. Do not use in combination with MAO inhibitors, in connection with L-tryptophan.
