How to use

Before bedtime, insert 1 capsule. Preferably insert the capsule in the supine position. Make sure the area around the vagina is clean before inserting the capsule deep into the vagina with clean hands. To facilitate insertion, the capsule can be lightly moistened first. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
