Multi Natal Active has been specially developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. In addition to folic acid, it contains vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin B6 and iron, that help reduce fatigue and tiredness. Folate (active folic acid) contributes to the growth of the unborn child during pregnancy.
Multi Natal Active contains vitamins and minerals in a natural, biologically absorbable form. For example, the vitamin B complex is supplemented with choline, PABA and inositol. Vitamin E is supplemented with natural mixed tocopherols and vitamin C with a bioflavonoid complex. Vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid are added in their active form, which gives them good bioavailability. This means that these vitamins are well absorbed by the body. In addition, the organically bound minerals in this multivitamin are also well absorbed.
Multi Natal Active contains vitamin B6 that helps with fatigue and is good for the mood. The added vitamin B12 supports the energy level and is beneficial for a good mental balance. Multi Natal Active also contains chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels, iron to support fatigue and vitamin D to maintain strong muscles and bones. It is advisable to start supplementing with extra folic acid even before pregnancy. It is therefore recommended to start taking Multi Natal Active from the moment you wish to become pregnant.
