Serving Suggestion: This is a very concentrated product. We advise adding 1/2-1 tsp in a cup of hot water. It has a rich, coffee-like taste. We also add it to smoothies and raw chocolates.

soothing
I received my 4 Eternals. Ive tried various ways to eliminate caffeine from my daily routine…when I say caffeine I mean coffee. Headaches come to mind when trying to rid the coffee. So I thought id try the 4 Eternals..in place of coffee.. its very soothing..can be drunk warm or hot.
The taste is nice as well. I added Almond milk and agave..im very pleased with this product. I will be ordering more in the near future..thankyou so much for an awesome product

Very soothing and calming product can’t say if it added energy because I combined it with super jing

Mild, delicious taste
I’m using 1/2 tsp in 1 cup of warm water on empty stomach first thing in the morning. Tastes like coffee, but without the nasty bitterness of coffee to which I could never get used to even in my coffee drinking days. The energy 4 eternals give is quite subtle, not a wide awake kick that I’d get from a cup of coffee, but enough to get you ready for the day and stay alert all day.
