The herbs in this potion are empowering, long renowned for helping one overcome anger and anxiety, and balance yin energies with yang. Reishi mushroom is a great herb for helping remove ‘psychic baggage’ and activating one’s higher potential. This is a pure Shen formula.

Serving Suggestions:

Whole-herb formulas cooking instuctions (yield one gallon concentrate)

Add all herbs into one gallon of water and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to lowest simmer, cover and let the tea cook ffor 1-2 hours. Strain the herbs. This will create a dark potent blend that you can draw from 2-3 times daily. Just add some of the mixture to a hot cup of clean drinking water to your taste. The color once mixed should be a medium amber to brown. You can add nut milk and honey or a sweetener of your choice if you’d like. Store liquid in refrigerator. Place used herbs in a seperate container, also stored in refrigerator. You may cook the herbs using the same method 1-2 more times
