It protects the throat and enhances the energy of communication and self-expression. A great formula for actors, poets, singers, or those with weak Lung Chi. Cordyceps is specifically indicated in the Chinese Materica Medica for strengthening lung immunity. Good for all ages.

Serving Suggestion:

Two to three cups per day

Whole-herb formulas cooking instuctions (yield one gallon concentrate)

Add all herbs into one gallon of water and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to lowest simmer, cover and let the tea cook ffor 1-2 hours. Strain the herbs. This will create a dark potent blend that you can draw from 2-3 times daily. Just add some of the mixture to a hot cup of clean drinking water to your taste. The color once mixed should be a medium amber to brown. You can add nut milk and honey or a sweetener of your choice if you’d like. Store liquid in refrigerator. Place used herbs in a seperate container, also stored in refrigerator. You may cook the herbs using the same method 1-2 more times
