The Polygala in this formula is a powerfully stabilizing herb, useful during transitions, giving one strength to leave behind that which no longer serves the good.

Serving Suggesstion: 

Two to three cups per day

Whole-herb formulas cooking instuctions (yield one gallon concentrate)

Add all herbs into one gallon of water and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to lowest simmer, cover and let the tea cook ffor 1-2 hours. Strain the herbs. This will create a dark potent blend that you can draw from 2-3 times daily. Just add some of the mixture to a hot cup of clean drinking water to your taste. The color once mixed should be a medium amber to brown. You can add nut milk and honey or a sweetener of your choice if you’d like. Store liquid in refrigerator. Place used herbs in a seperate container, also stored in refrigerator. You may cook the herbs using the same method 1-2 more times
