The herbs are a good blood tonic, and help transform damp accumulation in the ‘middle Jiao’ through warming, and assisting the functions of the spleen, thus making it an excellent formula for raw foodists. It also enhances fertility by tonifying the Kidney ‘essence’ and helps warm the extremities. Great for women.

Serving Suggestion: 

Two to three cups per day

Add all herbs into one gallon of water and bring to a boil. Lower temperature to lowest simmer, cover and let the tea cook ffor 1-2 hours. Strain the herbs. This will create a dark potent blend that you can draw from 2-3 times daily. Just add some of the mixture to a hot cup of clean drinking water to your taste. The color once mixed should be a medium amber to brown. You can add nut milk and honey or a sweetener of your choice if you’d like. Store liquid in refrigerator. Place used herbs in a seperate container, also stored in refrigerator. You may cook the herbs using the same method 1-2 more times
