A completely unrecognized Frankincense from Oman, which does appear to be very popular due to its dark color. A really surprising fragrance, because the Black Hojari smells more intensely than the green, white or yellow hojari.
Incidentally, it is mainly used for distillation due to the high proportion of essential oils.
Latin name: Boswellia sacra
Harvest location: Dhofar, Oman
Content: 25 g – 50 g
Fragrance: like the general Hojari, only a little sharper and more balsamic.
Color: dark gray, brown, black to transparent
Smoking advice: Jeomra finds the resin of a tree (the “blood” of the tree) does not belong on a charcoal except for a ritual. It is better to smoke incense and other resins on a frankincense burner, so the intense scent of the incense can develop and work better, without any smoke.
Packaging: This incense is delivered in an aroma-sealed paper bag.
Note: The bowl shown is for presentation and is not part of the product.
