How to use

Unless otherwise recommended for two weeks at the beginning of each day, mix the contents of one sachet with a glass (200ml) of water and stir briefly. After each meal, rinse the mouth with the mixture (again stirred) for about two minutes and swallow. Instead of rinsing, the powder can also be applied to a wet toothbrush to brush teeth with for two minutes. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after use. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Store mixture outside the refrigerator.

Warning

Gas and/or cramps may occur at the start of using bacterial strains or fibers. This harmless phenomenon means that the bacteria have reached the intestine alive and are beginning to ferment. Over time (usually a week), the body adapts and these symptoms diminish or disappear. In case of symptoms, it may make sense to reduce the initial dose to half the recommended dose for the first two weeks.
