Bonusan Bacteri products don’t contain any extra excipients, vitamins, or minerals. Using this supplement.
The sachet’s contents should be dissolved in a glass of lukewarm water that is no warmer than 37°C, or body temperature. The viability of bacteria is negatively impacted by higher temperatures. The bacteria have a chance to emerge from their germination stage and enter active growth when the powder is dissolved in water. As a result, more germs survive this challenging voyage and are more resistant to stomach acid and bile. The supplement can be consumed straight up.

How to use

Unless otherwise advised, combine the contents of one sachet with (a glass of) water each day, stir for a little while, and then drink. Drink at least 30 minutes before breakfast, ideally on an empty stomach or before bed. Never take more of the recommended dosage.

Warning

There may be times when starting with a supplement containing bacterial strains when gas or cramps occur. While this may be uncomfortable, it is perfectly normal and means that the bacteria have reached the gut alive. After a few days to a week, the body adapts and these symptoms diminish or disappear. It may help to start with half a dose the first week.
