Verdunnen en in de huid, gezicht en borst masseren. Gebruik 3-5 druppels in een bad. Uitstekend in onze zoutpijp en diffuser. Essentieel voor vliegreizen. Super in sauna’s. Maakt de cabine lucht vrij van winterse benauwdheid. Wij gebruiken het graag om diepe ademhaling te bevorderen, de geest te aarden en het 1e, 3e en 7e chakra te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n

De bergspar groeit in het hele westen van Noord-Amerika, van British Columbia in het noorden tot Noord-Mexico in het zuiden. De boom is een hooggelegen spar die gedijt op bergtoppen van minstens 900 meter hoog; de torenhoge, verheffende, standvastige kwaliteiten van de bergspar maken hem dus een uitstekende keuze voor (figuurlijke) ruggengraatversterkende kompressen en emotionele aarding.<\/p>\n

Mountain Spruce Essential Oil is vergelijkbaar met Blue Spruce als een kampioen van uitlijning, net als de standvastige bergen waarop ze groeit. Tegelijkertijd benut de olie de stijgende hoogte en majesteit van de machtige toppen, en verbindt zo het gewortelde zelf met het Hogere Zelf. Deze olie is expansief; ze nodigt nieuwe energie uit en verdrijft vermoeide energie door een filter van pure, sappige spar.
