Gebruikt<\/h3>\n

Kalmerend en verkoelend, breng een druppel aan op slapen en nek. Verdunnen om te gebruiken in jojoba of een Best Skin Ever om roodheid te verkoelen. Inhaleer in zoutpijp en diffusors om de focus te verfrissen, mooi te ademen en apathie te verlichten. Super duper in een zoutpijp. Kristalhelder in diffusors. Voelt goed op voorhoofden die te veel hebben nagedacht. Werkt lekker als draagbaar, pepermuntijs: netjes aanbrengen op de huid die wat koele TLC nodig heeft.<\/p>\n

Contra-indicatie<\/h3>\n

Vanwege de verkoelende eigenschappen niet onverdund gebruiken bij kinderen onder de vijf jaar, omdat het de lichaamstemperatuur kan verlagen. Het is goed om een kleine hoeveelheid (1-2%) verdund te gebruiken, of overweeg het gebruik van groene munt, die milder is.<\/p>\n

Pleasant Peppermint Essential Oil wordt gedistilleerd door een van onze favoriete, vierde generatie familiedistilleerders. Zij maken een magische munt die de enige pepermunt is die we kunnen vinden die gedistilleerd wordt uit verse (in plaats van gedroogde) bladeren. Dit oude elixer was een hoofdingredi\u00ebnt in het beroemde Egyptische parfumpreparaat, Kyphi. De vroege Grieken gebruikten machtige munt in hun badwater en als herstellend kruid. Aan het eind van de 19e eeuw was pepermunt in Europa helemaal in, en het was en is veel meer dan alleen een ademverfrisser. Het voelt lekker aan als ijs op de huid.<\/p>\n

Munt is afgeleid van het Latijnse mente<\/em>, wat “gedachte” betekent, omdat onze voorouders in de oudheid het als een oppepper voor de hersenen beschouwden. Deze energiegevende essence kan ook de mentale helderheid verbeteren, de focus verhogen en een vlijmscherp geheugen cultiveren. Apathie kan niet op tegen pepermunt, dat wordt ge\u00efnhaleerd om op te leven en tot leven te komen.<\/p>\n
