In deze post deel ik vijf tips om met negatieve mensen om te gaan, zodat ze niet in je hoofd blijven rondspoken.<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Hoe negativiteit je be\u00efnvloedt<\/h2>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We hebben allemaal wel eens te maken gehad met negatieve, gefrustreerde en aanmatigende mensen in ons leven. Ik herinner me dat ik met iemand werkte die in een staat van paniek was. Ze probeerden op het laatste moment nog iets uit te zoeken en waren duidelijk gefrustreerd omdat de dingen niet volgens plan verliepen. Op mijn beurt raakte ik gefrustreerd omdat zij ongeduldig en brutaal tegen mij waren.<\/p>\n<p>Een quote die een oude collega altijd zei kwam in me op:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cGebrek aan planning van jouw kant is geen noodgeval van mijn kant.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Zijn we niet allemaal in situaties geweest waarin de slechte planning van iemand anders uitmondde in het afreageren van hun frustratie op ons? Ik weet zeker dat jij dat ook bij anderen hebt gedaan. Het punt is dat het ieders leven miserabel maakt.<\/p>\n<p>Als iemand me vraagt iets te doen vanuit paniek en frustratie, dan voel ik me paniekerig en gefrustreerd. Als diezelfde persoon de tijd zou nemen om zijn kalmte te bewaren voordat hij mij vraagt iets te doen, dan zou ik ook in staat zijn om te helpen vanuit een plaats van kalmte.<\/p>\n<p>Soms is omgaan met de negativiteit van iemand anders meer dan een eenmalige gebeurtenis. Iedereen raakt van tijd tot tijd gefrustreerd, maar er zijn ook mensen die onze energie constant naar beneden lijken te halen. Maak je volledig van hen los<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Onthoud dat de manier waarop mensen zich gedragen niets met jou te maken heeft. Maak je los van hun frustraties en verinnerlijk ze niet als jouw schuld. Ze hebben hun eigen dingen te verwerken, en dat is op hun schouders om mee om te gaan.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Vermijd verwijten<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Geef ze niet de schuld, beschuldig ze niet en val ze niet aan. Mensen vertellen dat ze moeten &#8220;ophouden zo negatief te zijn&#8221; loopt meestal niet goed af. Toon deze persoon het medeleven en de empathie die je wilt dat zij jou tonen. Maar laat niet over je heen lopen (zie punt #4).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Reageer kalm<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Reageer op de manier waarop je zou willen dat ze tegen je praten. Vermijd passief agressief te worden, want dat helpt niemand. Als ze roddelen of anderen neerhalen, verander dan het gesprek of loop weg.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Wees standvastig<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Wees streng met je grenzen. Als iemand iets doet dat een grens overschrijdt, maak dat dan kenbaar. Je moet opkomen voor je overtuigingen, je tijd en je energie, want anders gaan mensen misbruik maken van die dingen.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Vind het positieve<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Identificeer wat je positieve energie geeft. Dit kunnen bepaalde mensen zijn, tv-programma&#8217;s, boeken, lichaamsbeweging, zelfzorg, enz. Zoek deze dingen vaak op, vooral als je het gevoel hebt dat anderen je energie wegzuigen.
