Des heures pass\u00e9es \u00e0 jardiner sous le soleil, des apr\u00e8s-midi sur la plage, des soir\u00e9es \u00e0 siroter du vin naturel sous les \u00e9toiles – ce cocktail d’antioxydants apporte \u00e0 ma peau tout ce dont elle a besoin pour se prot\u00e9ger et se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer. Une seconde peau et une armure invisible qui nous aident \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 toutes sortes de conditions auxquelles nous sommes confront\u00e9s au cours de notre journ\u00e9e. En 2020, Christo a fait du vin naturel avec Brendon Carto, de Carto Wines<\/a>,<\/strong> a fabriqu\u00e9 de la bi\u00e8re sauvage avec notre ami Tim en utilisant notre eau de source de Kangaroo Valley, et a fait mac\u00e9rer des bouteilles de moonshine de Gentian\/Mulberry bitters. Moi, j’ai infus\u00e9 au soleil tous les restes de plantes charg\u00e9es de nutriments dans de l’huile d’olive biodynamique, jusqu’\u00e0 ce que les extraits \u00e9voquent des journ\u00e9es d’\u00e9t\u00e9 souriantes, chaudes et alcoolis\u00e9es pass\u00e9es avec des amis qui ont tous d\u00fb changer de vie l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

SUMMER WINE est un recueil des bons moments de 2020 que nous avons saisis, des belles choses que nous avons faites dans les ann\u00e9es les plus \u00e9tranges, quand tout a bascul\u00e9 et jet\u00e9 tout le monde brutalement de la ligne droite et des \u00e9troits. Le temps s’est arr\u00eat\u00e9, et des moments de rare oisivet\u00e9 ont ouvert un monde de beaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n
