And do tag us on social media \u2013 we love&nbsp; admiring your creations!<\/p>\n<div class=\"row align-middle\"  id=\"row-2133112445\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-294659104\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2>Raw Vegan Snickers<\/h2>\n<div class=\"intro-text\">\n<p>Ok so the prep time looks scary&#8230;but this recipe is so worth it, we promise!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-tabs\">\n<div id=\"end\" class=\"info-tab\">\n<h2>Total time<\/h2>\n<p>2 hours<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1122658872\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<div class=\"video video-fit mb\" style=\"padding-top:53%;\"><iframe title=\"{Recipe} RAW VEGAN Snickers Bar\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cHl48xY16tI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-594667758\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-39958905\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>For the nougat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g, or 2\/3 cup, almonds<\/li>\n<li>150g, or 1 cup, sprouted buckwheat flour (or coconut flour)<\/li>\n<li>80g, or 1\/4 cup, agave syrup<\/li>\n<li>3tsp carob powder<\/li>\n<li>50ml, or 2.5 tbsp, hot water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the caramel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g, or 1\/3 cup, coconut sugar<\/li>\n<li>50g,&nbsp;or 4 tbsp, solid coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>Good pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>50g, or 2.5 tbsp, water<\/li>\n<li>200g, or 1 cup, pitted dates or date paste<\/li>\n<li>30g, or 1\/4 cup, chopped almonds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the chocolate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40g, or 2tbsp, hot water<\/li>\n<li>100g, or 1\/3 cup, raw cacao powder<\/li>\n<li>100g, or 1\/3 cup, agave syrup<\/li>\n<li>100g, or 8tbsp,&nbsp; coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>50g, or 1\/4 cup, caramel (leftover from step 2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1231135393\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Place all the nougat ingredients in a blender\/food processor. Blend for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Spread a thick layer of nougat (about 150g) into a square mould, flattening with a spatula or with wet hands.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate for about an hour.<\/li>\n<li>Without washing the blender, place the caramel ingredients (except the almonds) into the blender.&nbsp; Blend for one minute.<\/li>\n<li>Pour a layer of caramel over the top of the refrigerated nougat, and set the rest to one side. Sprinkle the chopped almonds on top. Refrigerate the nougat\/caramel bar.<\/li>\n<li>Now for the chocolate ganache: blend all the chocolate ingredients (you still don\u2019t need to wash the blender for this step) for 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Un-mould the nougat\/caramel bar and slice into 3 or 4 chunky bars.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the bars with the chocolate and leave to set in the fridge for as long as you can wait!<\/li>\n<li>Serve with a big glass of almond milk or a nice steaming hot cuppa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, it\u2019s now possible to make a healthy Snickers bar!
