oil<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd liters of water<\/li>\n<li>2 vegetable stock cubes<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp Japanese soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li>100 g shiitakes<\/li>\n<li>1 pak cubes<\/li>\n<li>Boil the noodles for 6 min.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, also cook the eggs 6 min.<\/li>\n<li>Drain the noodles in a colander, rinse under cold running water and drain.<\/li>\n<li>Peel the eggs.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, heat the oil in a soup pan and saut\u00e9 the ginger and garlic for 5 min over low heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add the water, stock cubes, soy sauce and rice vinegar and bring to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, slice the shiitakes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the shiitakes to the soup and cook for 5 min.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, slice the pak choi into thin strips and add along with the noodles.<\/li>\n<li>Warm for a further 2 min on high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the soup between large bowls.<\/li>\n<li>Halve the eggs and place 2 egg halves in each bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Add 80 drops (20 per person) of Foodspores Reishi extract and
