About Chocqlate Ginger
Our Virgin Cacao chocolates taste particularly mild and creamy. Specifically, our chocolate is 20 my fine – finer than the standard of well-known milk chocolates.
The mildness is the result of the art of chocolate making and our special “virgin” cocoa beans and the selected fine ingredients. This means that Chocqlate is also worth a try for those who want to get a taste of dark chocolate first!
The chocolate contains: 69% cocoa.

At the heart of Chocqlate is the natural cocoa bean, which we call “Virgin Cacao” – cocoa beans that are freshly harvested from the tree, dried directly without fermentation at less than 45 degrees Celsius together with their shells in raw vegetable quality.
The four pure ingredients of our chocolate are cocoa butter, fine cocoa powder, unroasted cocoa beans and coconut blossom sugar. This means that our “pure” chocolate is free of refined sugar, lactose, lecithins or emulsifiers.

Greatest Care And Best Quality
Our IFS (International Food Standard) and organic certified production uses the latest technology combined with manual labour. We purchase the ingredients from carefully selected suppliers and pay prices according to fair or direct trade.
We trade our “Virgin Cocoa Beans” directly with small farmers or farmers’ cooperatives and thus contribute to a fairly distributed value chain.
