(Recipe) 3 Healthy Summer Lemonades
In the scorching Summer heat, these refreshing and fruity lemonades will feel like taking a dip in the cool ocean. Made with real, fresh Summer fruits!
Summer Lemonade with Strawberry
Ingredients for Strawberry Lemonade (1 glass):
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp strawberry puree*
- 1 tsp rose water
- 4 tsp cane sugar
- 10 mint leaves
- ice cubes
How to make Strawberry Lemonade:
*To make the strawberry puree:
- Simply put a few fresh strawberries in a mini blender and blend for 10-15 seconds (as seen above).
- After you have the puree, just add all ingredients in a glass and stir.
Summer Lemonade with Blackberry
Ingredients for Blackberry Lemonade (1 glass):
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp blackberry puree*
- 1 tsp rose water
- 4 tsp cane sugar
- 10 mint leaves
- ice cubes
How to make Blackberry Lemonade
*To make the blackberry puree:

Put a few fresh blackberries in a mini blender and blend for 20-25 seconds (as seen above with the strawberry puree).
