Wie benutzt man
Soweit nicht anders empfohlen, täglich 1 bis 2 gestrichene Messlöffel mit (einem Glas) Fruchtsaft oder einem anderen kohlenhydratreichen Getränk mischen, kurz umrühren und trinken. Nehmen Sie zunächst fünf Tage lang täglich 10 Messlöffel (= ca. 20 Gramm) über den Tag verteilt ein. Dann fünf Tage lang 4 Messlöffel (= ca. 8 Gramm) und danach täglich 1 bis 2 Messlöffel (= ca. 2 bis 4 Gramm). Die empfohlene Dosierung darf nicht überschritten werden. Ein Messlöffel liegt bei.
Lagerung: Trocken und bei Raumtemperatur lagern.
