How we have created a protective shield against stress with the best ingredients from nature that strengthens your nerves and psyche from the inside out – that’s what we’ll talk about in this article…

GOOD VIBES WITH THE HAPPY MOOD CAPSULES

The current time is a challenge for all of us. Lockdown and home office – it’s easy to get into a bad mood. And yet life is supposed to be fun, isn’t it? The cause of mood lows like these can sometimes be low serotonin levels in the body. Serotonin is also known as the feel-good hormone and has a significant influence on happiness, positive thinking and inner balance.

This is exactly where the new YLUMI formula comes in: The effective combination of natural serotonin precursors, certified adaptogenic herbs, natural vitamins and modern substances such as ashwagandha, rose root, a complex of B vitamins and 5-HTP (from Griffonia) provide the ideal basis to support the body in the production of serotonin. For more mental balance, strong nerves and more well-being.

POWER INGREDIENTS AS A NATURAL PROTECTIVE SHIELD AGAINST STRESS

YLUMI stands for naturalness and high-quality ingredients. It goes without saying that the new HAPPY MOOD CAPSULES only the best from nature. 100% vegan, lactose- and gluten-free and free of preservatives, additives and colourings – made in Germany.

ASHWAGANDHA – Ashwagandha (botanically: Withania somnifera) belongs to the nightshade family and is one of the most important and most frequently used plants in Ayurvedic medicine. Due to its numerous positive properties, ashwagandha has also become increasingly important in our country and is known as sleeping berry, winter cherry and Indian ginseng. The superherb plant is said to have strong calming and balancing as well as stimulating effects.

5-HTP FROM GRIFFONIA (THE “LUCKY CHARM”) – 5-Hydroxitryptophan (5-HTP for short) is a neurotransmitter and belongs to the amino acids that the human body can produce itself. 5-HTP is essential for the production of serotonin (happiness hormone). The seeds of the South African plant Griffonia simplicifolia contain 5-HTP (hydroxytryptophan), which is converted into serotonin in our body and which can be absorbed and utilised particularly well by the body. The happiness hormone serotonin is involved in numerous processes in the body and controls, for example, mental well-being, mood, the feeling of satiety, but also the day-night rhythm (sleep). If our organism does not produce enough 5-HTP, 5-HTP as a food supplement can compensate for the deficit.

NATURAL YEAST – Natural brewer’s yeast is one of the natural products with the highest content of B vitamins. It contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12 which, among other things, help to maintain skin and hair, support the nervous system and energy metabolism and contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue.

L-TRYPTOPHAN – L-tryptophan is one of the vital amino acids that the human body cannot produce itself and must therefore be ingested with food. L-tryptophan is involved in the formation of many important nutrients and messenger substances in the body and is essential for many metabolic processes. It is converted in the body via the intermediate stage 5-HTP (see previous section) into the hormone serotonin, and thus has a direct influence on your well-being and is considered a natural mood enhancer. L-tryptophan is also considered a pro-vitamin and thus supports the processing of vitamin B3 (niacin) in the body. The latter is involved in the metabolism of fat, protein and carbohydrates and is considered the most important energy supplier.

MAGNESIUM (FROM SEAWATER) – The mineral magnesium fulfils a variety of functions in the human body. For example, it is responsible for the activation of numerous enzymes during energy metabolism. Magnesium is also essential for the mineralisation of bones and is involved in the transmission of stimuli from nerves to muscles and in muscle contraction. It can therefore prevent muscle cramps and help with regeneration. But it also has numerous positive effects on the psyche: Magnesium can reduce the release of adrenaline and cortisol during stress, which can lead to a higher resistance to stress. It also has a nerve-stabilising effect.

ROSENWURZ – Rose root (also called Rhodiola Rosea) is a plant from the arctic high altitude region of Siberia. The ingredients of the rose root (Rhodiole Roseae Radix) are mainly phenolic glycosides that can increase mental and physical performance. In folk medicine, the plant is used as an adaptogenic agent for strengthening as well as for physical endurance and performance.

VITAMIN B1 (FROM NATURAL SOURCE) – Vitamin B1 influences the regeneration of the nervous system and plays an important role in energy metabolism.

VITAMIN B2 (FROM NATURAL SOURCE) – Vitamin B2 (also called riboflavin) is one of the water-soluble vitamins. It plays an important role in cell function, growth and development.

VITAMIN B3 (FROM NATURAL SOURCE) – Vitamin B3, also known as niacin, is water-soluble and involved in many metabolic processes in the human body. Among other things, it is needed for the formation of various neurotransmitters in the brain, such as serotonin. It can improve memory and concentration through the formation of important neurotransmitters in the brain.

VITAMIN B5 (FROM NATURAL SOURCE) – Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) plays an important role in building the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.

Vitamin B6 (FROM NATURAL SOURCE) – Vitamin B6 supports the nervous system and is involved in the conversion of L-tripytophan into the happiness hormone serotonin.

VITAMIN B7 (FROM NATURAL SOURCE) – Vitamin B7 (biotin) is involved in the formation of creatine, which is a structural protein in the skin and nails. It also forms the basic substance of hair.

VITAMIN B9 (FROM NATURAL SOURCE) – Vitamin B9 is also called folic acid and is a water-soluble B vitamin. Known as the “pregnancy vitamin”, folic acid is not only of great importance for the healthy development of the embryo during pregnancy. It also plays an important role in our health because it is involved in numerous metabolic processes in the body and also in the production of the happiness hormone serotonin. The human body cannot produce folate itself, which is why it must be supplied to it through food.

VITAMIN B12 (FROM NATURAL SOURCE) – Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin, is predominantly found in animal foods. Among other things, the vitamin plays an important role in blood formation and the function of the nervous system. In addition, vitamin B12 protects the nervous system and the heart from circulatory diseases. Vegetarians and vegans in particular should take care to supply their bodies with vitamin B12 through dietary supplements. A deficiency manifests itself primarily in cognitive impairments, motor deficits or depressive symptoms.
