Morning body brushing awakens the body inside and out!
Fatigue and problems with waking up in the morning can be quickly overcome by doing this. Wet brushing not only improves the overall well being but additionally completes the natural body care and cleansing. You can brush your skin every 5 – 10 minutes in an alkaline foot, hip or full bath.
For brushing your hands, feet and nails you can prepare an alkaline solution from 3-5 litres of cold water and one teaspoon of AlkaBath (MeineBase) alkaline bath salts. Morning body brushing is recommendable in a cold alkaline solution to wake up your hands and feet. Body brushing in the evening or during the day is relaxing in a warm alkaline solution.
It is particularly beneficial to brush your body regularly to the finger and toe nails, the armpits and towards the groin.
