Orders ship within one week of the order being placed. All items are lovingly poured and adored by hand using the highest quality processes and ingredients. You will smell and feel the difference right away. Delivery is by DHL or DPD

Changes to your Order
We understand that people change their minds about what they want and that is not a problem for us, though it occasionally causes snafus and delays in shipping. If you do change your mind, please contact Client Care quickly so that we may accommodate your request.
Once your order has shipped we are unable to add new items or combine separate orders.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Client Care immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is filled. Of course, once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel it.
Returns & Replacements
We take your purchases seriously and we encourage you to do so, too. We would love to answer any question you have on a Libations product before you purchase them (and after!). Due to the energetic and consumable nature of Libations products, all purchases are final.
Every product is made to order so that we can guarantee excellent quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds.
Due to hygienic reasons it’s not possible to return any ” hard” products such as (teeth) brushes, hempcloths etc.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Ideal, Paypal, Mister Cash, V-Pay, Maestro, Visa and MasterCard and Bank transfer are all accepted methods of payment.
All goods remain the property of Dutch Health Store until they are paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any unpaid monies sixty days from the date of order.

We strive to provide accurate and current information on the products and essential oil profiles. Your health is in your hands; it is up to you to verify the data and application.
The products are designed to be beneficial and safe when used in the manner intended according to instructions. A client’s actual use of the products is beyond our control so it is the client’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the products, to use the products appropriately, and to ensure their safe use by those who come in contact with them. We are not liable for incidences connected to the use or misuse of our products.
We are not doctors and we make no claims about the medicinal value of the products. Libations products and single essential oils are not substitutes for necessary medical care and prescription medications. Duties and Taxation
Dutch Health Store is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of yourself.
Dutch Health Store will not pay import fees that your country may impose, nor will any refund, or exchange issue for brokerage fees or custom fees.
Orders Held Up At Your Country’s Border and Disposal Issues
Any country or nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials.
These held up orders are not the responsibility of Dutch Health Store and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities. In the event that your country’s inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of you and Dutch Health Store will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences.
It is the responsibility of yourself to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.
Privacy is a beautiful thing, and we are committed to protecting yours. Only authorized employees within Dutch Health Store view or use the information collected from our clients. Your credit card information is totally secure through our website and cannot be viewed.
